FAQ What is your cancellation policy? Our policy is really a matter of trust, honour and respect. We trust when you make a booking, you really want your furry little friend to visit us - that you and we will honour your reservation. We understand that life takes sudden turns, making it impossible to get away - family emergencies, illness, or a workplace that cancels your holidays - and there is no charge. However, cancelling at the last minute, especially for a holiday weekend, or cancelling frequently, is disrespectful - to us, and to our other customers, who would like to visit us, but can’t, because you are holding a spot. So please be respectful by making reservations you intend to keep, and by giving us plenty of notice for cancellations.
